Terms of Use
These Terms govern the website, protected administrator staging, and — only after a separate launch decision — any future public iFocus Plus Community.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Dominik Crnkovic, Zikadenweg 12 A, 70439 Stuttgart, Germany. Contact: support@ifocusplus.app. See the Legal Notice for full details. Staging rules apply to invited owners and administrators; provisions about public user content apply only after a separate public launch.
2. Formation and consent
The website and app remain usable without a Community account. At present, only invited owners and administrators receive a separate, email-verified Community account. Activation requires express acceptance of these Terms and the Community Guidelines; the version, time, and acceptance are recorded. The Privacy Notice provides information and is not blanket consent. This neither replaces nor connects an app account or Apple ID.

The initial public Community phase is intended for people aged 18 or over. Information must be accurate and access credentials or verification codes must not be shared. Pseudonyms are allowed if they do not infringe third-party rights or impersonate another person.
4. Service scope
The Community is intended for questions, help, ideas, workflows, and official iFocus Plus announcements. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability, publication of a particular contribution, specific features, or unchanged categories. Maintenance, security, and legal requirements may require restrictions.
5. Your content and licence
You retain your rights in your contributions. You grant the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for as long as the contribution is published, to store, display, reproduce, and process it as technically required for moderation, backup, and Community operation. Any advertising use or use outside that purpose requires an additional basis.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
Illegal content, insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, sexual exploitation, dangerous instructions, malware, spam, vote manipulation, impersonation, and infringement of copyright, trade marks, or personality rights are prohibited. The separate Community Guidelines also apply.
7. Moderation and action
Content may be labeled, reduced in reach, moved, or removed. Accounts may receive warnings, temporary limits, or suspension. Decisions consider nature, context, frequency, impact, proportionality, and apparent intent. Automated signals may prioritize review only; materially adverse final decisions receive human review and specific reasons.

Terms must explain moderation restrictions transparently. Restrictions based on illegality or policy violations generally require a clear and specific statement of reasons.

Rule reports and formal notices of allegedly illegal content use separate routes. Formal notices identify the exact URL or content ID, alleged illegality, clear reasons, generally a name and email address, and a good-faith statement; special exceptions apply to certain offenses involving minors. Receipt is acknowledged electronically and review is timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary. Decisions explain reasons and available review options. Until public launch, use the contact form. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services or police.

Hosting services need an accessible electronic notice mechanism for specific allegedly illegal content and must process notices diligently and objectively.

Affected people can request review within the period stated in the decision by emailing support@ifocusplus.app. Include the decision reference and specific reasons. A different authorised person will review the case again where practicable.
10. Reactions, voting, and ranking
Likes, helpful/not helpful votes, and replies are Community signals, not objective quality judgements. Multiple accounts, coordinated manipulation, or compensation for votes are prohibited. Ranking may consider recency, relevance, activity, moderation state, and Community signals; paid ranking is not intended.
11. Termination and data
Once enabled, you can delete your Community account through its account controls. Content will be removed or anonymised unless legal retention, evidence, or security needs require otherwise. The provider may suspend accounts for good cause and will normally explain the action.
12. Changes
Material changes will be clearly communicated before taking effect. Where fresh consent is required, it will be requested actively. Previous versions and their effective dates will remain traceable.
13. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Any further limitation for ordinary negligence requires legal review before public launch. User contributions generally represent their author’s view and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
14. Privacy, law, and language
Processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. German law applies; mandatory protections of a consumer’s country of habitual residence and mandatory statutory venues remain unaffected. The German text controls; this English translation is provided for accessibility.

The Community is operated from Germany. Mandatory law where a user lives may additionally apply. 47 U.S.C. § 230 is not a guarantee of immunity; intellectual property, federal criminal law, privacy-related, and other exceptions may apply. The staging service is for adults only. Before actively targeting a public U.S. audience, COPPA, CalOPPA, CCPA/CPRA, DMCA, the TAKE IT DOWN Act, and relevant state laws will receive separate review.

U.S. law may protect services from some liability for third-party content, but important exceptions apply and it does not guarantee protection for the service’s own or materially developed content.
