The app itself does not require an account. Only people who post need a separate, verified Community account.

Reports need a content link, reasons, and acknowledgement. Decisions are explained and can be reviewed.
Active moderation
Clear rules, documented action, spam and attack protection, and a responsible contact must exist before launch.
Data-minimising technology
Only necessary account and forum data, defined deletion periods, and no advertising profiles.
